Slapstick crescent!
My Thoughts
This looks like something right out of a fun cartoon!! I can just imagine this Brown Pikmin pulling the captain along by their sleeve, moments before the scene depicted here takes place, excited to share the delectable bounty it had discovered. Even without much in the way of facial features, there is a definite air of excitement and pride evident here. They'll be feasting well tonight thank to this Pikmin's find!

This is just so adorable its absurd! It looks so happy to be running along, feeling the wind on its stem, which we get to see the leaf and bud forms of in the different frames! This choice makes me imagine a Pikmin playing and enjoying itself so much that it spontaneaously blooms or grows into a bud! Or, alternatively, the Pikmin running along so fast that it blows its petals off back into a leaf! Lots to imagine, and all of it fun, and it is made all the more fun looking at this adorable Pikmin's face, little legs, and wagging tail. I love the brush texture used for this piece as well.

My Thoughts
The watercolour medium to draw these Pikmin is so fitting, the worldly quality of it makes it feel like a painting of a scene the artist is viewing. The expressions on all of the characters is just superb, as well! I love looking at every single Pikmin (and captain!) here, including both my Brown Pikmin and Onion who were happily included!

Another absolute stunner of a piece. I am actually immediately drawn into the backdrop, a beautiful mushroom forest that is depicted in the warmest hues of orange and yellow. Even the green glass is aglow with golden hues. When I look at this, I can feel the warm sun lighting the scene, and it makes me feel at peace. Then of course, the Pikmin are so fun to look at, too! Again, I love seeing the ways the Pikmin are interacting with each other, and the personality that is breathed into each of them. My Brown Pikmin looks so cute hanging from that branch there!

This is sooo cute! The round colourful artstyle makes for a very fun and happy atmosphere, everyone looks so adorable and I love the Sunseed Berry which really adds to the sense of scale here. I love looking at the bright and distinct colours.
